Immersive Dance Performance
With original music & sound poetry
States rather than patterns
The performance offers a poetic and choreographic journey between two distinct entities: the freely moving body of contemporary dance and the body in a wheelchair.
The choreographic piece becomes a living laboratory where presences meet, connect, adapt and enter into dialogue—just as nature does when facing challenges and transformations.
The choreography seeks to make different states of the body perceptible: aerial, aquatic, vegetal, terrestrial. It dissolves boundaries, transforms matter into language, and invites the audience into a sensory experience of time, movement, and presence.
The water lily (nymphaea), a fascinating organism, is the central metaphor of our inspiration. It embodies a relational intelligence with its environment, a subtle balance between rootedness and fluidity, and an elegant capacity to adapt to constraints.
Its biomechanics and geometry have directly inspired the choreography and our aesthetic choices.
